What you take home


Your order comes back as a freezer full of named cuts — not a mystery box: premium steaks and roasts, slow cuts, plus diced, mince and preservative-free sausages for beef; chops, cutlets, roasts, shanks and mince for lamb.
Approximate take-home, packed weight:
Beef — Quarter ~30–35 kg · Half ~60–70 kg · Whole ~120–140 kg
Lamb — Half ~9–11 kg · Whole ~18–22 kg
