Shipping policy

Hunter Natural grass-fed beef and lamb is raised on our family farm in the Upper Hunter, cut and packed at our own Morpeth Butchery, and supplied alongside our pastured eggs. Because this is fresh, perishable food, please read how it reaches you and how to handle it on arrival.

Free local delivery

We deliver our grass-fed beef and lamb free to our local areas — Scone, Aberdeen, Muswellbrook, Denman, Singleton, Maitland, Morpeth and Newcastle and surrounds. Enter your address at checkout; if you are in our delivery area, local delivery is free and we will arrange a time so someone is there to receive it.

Pickup

Collect from Morpeth Butchery, 143 Swan Street, Morpeth NSW 2321, by arrangement. For longer drives, bring an esky or cooler bags.

Pastured eggs

For now, our pastured eggs are available to collect, or to add to a beef or lamb delivery order — we are not delivering eggs on their own just yet. Add a box to your beast order and we will bring them together.

Not in our delivery area?

We are working towards delivery right across NSW. Join our delivery waitlist with your postcode — it tells our team there is interest in your area, and we will let you know the moment we can reach you.

Lead time

We ask for a minimum of four weeks notice on all whole, half and quarter beast orders — it takes time to select the right animal and prepare it properly. Eggs follow our hens and the seasons; if we are ever short we will let you know.

Cold chain & food safety on receipt

Your order leaves us chilled or frozen and vacuum-packed. Please refrigerate or freeze it straight away — don't leave it in a hot car. Do not re-freeze raw meat that has fully thawed (it is safe to cook from thawed). Keep eggs refrigerated. If anything arrives warm, damaged, or you are concerned, contact us within 24 hours.
